My work sits mostly at the intersection of sport, entertainment and intellectual property — the commercial arrangements behind who gets to use what, on whose terms, and for how long.

Beyond the practice
#

I write, mostly about the clauses people sign without reading. I keep a running list of things worth reading. And I build small software tools, usually to solve a problem I ran into myself — they live on GitHub.
